AeroParts Intelligence ("we", "us", "our") operates a free aviation parts directory at this domain. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible.

Information We Collect

From all visitors (no account required):
  • Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records IP address, browser user-agent, request path, response status, and timestamp. We use these logs for security, debugging, and to measure aggregate traffic.
  • Cookies set by third parties.If you visit pages that show ads, the ad network (Google AdSense, when enabled) may set cookies to measure ad performance and to personalize ads based on your prior browsing. See "Advertising" below.
From users who create accounts (when available):
  • Email address and password (hashed). We do not yet offer user accounts; this section is forward-looking and will apply when account features ship.
  • Uploaded data — if you use the upload-to-insights feature, the part numbers you upload are stored in our database and tied to your account. We do not sell, share, or repurpose uploaded customer data.

How We Use Information

  • To operate, secure, and improve the directory.
  • To diagnose errors and respond to abuse.
  • To produce aggregate, non-identifying analytics about which pages are useful.
  • To deliver ads via Google AdSense (when enabled).
  • To process payments via Stripe (when paid tiers ship).

Advertising

We may serve ads via Google AdSense. AdSense and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to show personalized or non-personalized ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings, or by visiting aboutads.info. In jurisdictions that require consent for advertising cookies, we (or our advertising partners) will request consent before such cookies are set.

Data Retention

Server logs are retained per our hosting provider's defaults (typically 30–90 days). User-uploaded data, when account features ship, will be retained as long as your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure on request.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain data uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below. We will respond within timeframes required by applicable law.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

International Visitors

The service is operated from the United States. By using the service, you consent to processing of your information in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those of your country.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when material changes were last made. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
